Terms of Service

1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed via byereviews.com between byereviews (“byereviews”, “we”) and the customer (“you”). Deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless we expressly agree to them in writing.
2. Our service
We review the Google reviews you submit and, where a review appears to violate Google’s content policies or applicable law (e.g. fake reviews, reviews without a genuine customer experience, spam, conflicts of interest, harassment or defamatory statements of fact), we request its removal through Google’s official reporting and legal-removal channels.
We do not remove genuine, lawful criticism and do not use any illegal or manipulative methods. We do not provide legal advice. Where a matter requires legal representation, we will inform you.
3. Conclusion of contract
By submitting the order form you make a binding offer to conclude a service contract. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may reject reviews that do not qualify; such reviews are cancelled free of charge.
4. Prices and success fee (“no cure, no pay”)
There is no upfront fee. A fee is due only for each review that is actually removed:
- 90 € / $90 per review posted within the last 4 weeks at the time of the order,
- 125 € / $125 per review older than 4 weeks.
Volume discounts on the total: 5 % for 2 removed reviews, 10 % for 3–5, 15 % for 6 or more. Prices shown include any applicable statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. If a review is not removed, no fee is charged for it.
5. Removal and payment
A review counts as removed when it is no longer publicly visible on the business profile. We notify you by email and send an invoice with a secure payment link. The invoice is payable within 7 days. If a removed review reappears within 30 days as a result of Google reversing its decision, we will resubmit it at no additional cost or credit the fee.
6. Your obligations
You confirm that you are the owner or an authorised representative of the business concerned and that the information you provide is true and complete. You must not ask us to remove reviews that you know to be genuine and lawful. You will inform us promptly if a review is removed by other means during our work.
7. Duration and termination
You may cancel individual reviews or the whole order at any time by email before removal. Reviews that were already removed at that point remain payable.
8. No guarantee of success
The decision to remove a review lies solely with Google or the competent courts and authorities. We therefore cannot guarantee a specific result or timeframe. Typical processing times of 1–3 weeks are estimates.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
10. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our withdrawal policy.
11. Final provisions
The law of the country of our registered office applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
